Development Producer
Sophie is a Development Producer with 10 years’ experience in access driven factual, specialist factual and popular factual programming. Prior to working at Emporium Productions, Sophie worked at the BBC, ITN and for the American Emmy Award winning company Lone Wolf Media.
Recent successful commissions include Inside Cadbury: Chocolate Secrets Unwrapped (C4); Britain’s Giant Pet Food Factory (C4), Chris Tarrant: Extreme Railway Journeys (C5) and Inside the Spitfire Factory (More4).
During her time at ITN, Sophie worked with Emma Read on the successful series Mud Men and before moving into Development, Sophie worked on a number of specialist factual programmes for National Geographic, PBS and The History Channel including the Emmy nominated Desperate Crossing: The Untold Story of the Mayflower.
