Creative Director
David Emerson first joined Emporium in 2019 working across development and production and has made a string of popular prime-time shows including Ch5’s Rich Holiday Poor Holiday, Rich House Poor House, Save Money on Your Supermarket Shop, HMP Belmarsh: Maximum Security and ITV’s 999 Britain from Above.
David has made hundreds of hours of hit programmes for all the major broadcasters and before joining Emporium spent 5 years at Betty TV where he was Head of Features responsible for Country House Rescue, Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners and Ugly House to Lovely House for Ch4, The Food Inspectors and Rip Off Food for BBC1 and Great Animal Moves for BBC2.
David also spent 3 years as Head of Features and Formats at Mentorn and 7 years as a Series Producer and Director at Talkback Thames working on Robot Wars, How Clean is Your House and Property Ladder.
